Seeding

If you have suffered damage in your lawn leaving bare unsightly patches we will use our knowledge to discover why. We can then rectify these with over seeding and make recommendations and or treatments to stop it re-occurring.

Turfing

Occasionally, in circumstances such as a newly built house or after re-design of an existing garden, a new lawn is needed to be laid. The best turf laid on a freshly levelled surface will give you the perfect lawn to admire for years to come.

 We were asked to lay a new lawn after a patio was installed. 

We removed the existing turf and underlying rubble and stones. Then rotovated the entire area and levelled it out.

Around 8 tonnes of soil was incorporated, levelled and consolidated, making the area ready for the turf. 

A fertiliser was applied to the soil before the turf was laid thus ensuring the new lawn will have plenty of food as it begins to establish its new roots.

Once laid, the lawn needed regular watering to ensure good root growth and to encourage equal growth of grass throughout the whole of the lawn.

Now the owner can sit back and enjoy their lawn!
